We started off thinking we wouldn't understand a thing about the language ,that we would be left behind ,that it would be hard ,that we wouldn't be able to pronounce the words. However six months on we think it is easy , fun, we can figure out what sentences mean and we think the pronunciation isn't hard. What a transition eh..
Our favourite things to do so far is singing, learning about all the traditions ,being able to figure out what the sentences mean without knowing the words , reading words and understanding them , finding out the origin of the words and being able to actually speak the language. That's from four girls that thought they would be left behind..
Even though we have been enjoying the language there are a few hard things such finding the gender of the words, being able to to get the accent right and we have found the spellings to be hard.
